A Message from Kim
4.28.10
In the tragic aftermath of our loss of Jim, we will keep the company headed in the direction he charted.
Since founding the company over 25 years ago, our basic ideals and beliefs have not changed. Jim carried out this philosophy to perfection. Some of those core ideas include:
collectively sharing ideas and trends
gathering information to disseminate to all customers
providing the ability to negotiate with manufacturers from a position of strength
having one central location for problem solving
These will continue to be our focus.
Through the years, Jim has built a strong office team that works well together and is very knowledgeable about this business. Jim was a man of great vision and imagination; he was also a great communicator. Jim communicated that vision and imagination to our employees and, I think you will agree they are the best. Our employees are here to serve you and to do what is right for you the customer, which has been Jim's motto since founding the company.
Jim and I owned Palmer Marketing together. As the surviving owner, it is my intent to keep this a Palmer family business. Jim's vision of family not only included our immediate family but the employees of Palmer and you the customer.
On behalf of myself, Kristen, Kathryn and the entire Palmer Marketing family, we want to thank you for your thoughts and prayers. We appreciate your loyalty and continued support during these difficult times.
Sincerely,
Kim Palmer-Glover
